Change initiatives are most successful when communications and change management work hand in hand. Too often, these disciplines operate in silos—leading to missed opportunities and weaker outcomes.

Join IABC Colorado and ACMP Colorado for an interactive session on how aligning these two critical functions can increase clarity, strengthen trust, and boost impact. Networking begins at 5:30 p.m. Event program runs from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., followed by wrap-up networking to close out.

What to Expect

  • Two Approaches, One Challenge: Quick-fire overviews from a communications expert and a change leader on priorities, success metrics, and friction points

  • Moments of Truth: Real-world successes and stumbles, with an eye toward what makes collaboration work and group discussion

  • Getting in Sync: “What we wish the other knew” to strengthen teamwork and effectiveness and guided group discussion

  • Key Takeaways: 2–3 practical actions you can apply immediately in your organization

Along the way, you’ll explore communications and change management methodologies, learn strategies to align messaging with business needs, and connect with peers from both communities.
