Course Description

Internal communications manages the “big C” communications within their organization (strategic communications) versus the “little c” communications (the day-to-day communications between employees). Internal communicators must drive communications programs that inform, educate and motivate employees to help achieve organizational goals. But, there is a lot of noise to overcome. Your employees are bombarded with work and personal email, text messages and social media. How can you grab their attention, quickly inform and engage them, and - perhaps - even entertain them?

you'll leave this session with ideas on how to create communications to help employees:

  • Understand the business strategy and mission
  • Feel pride for the organization and help it grow
  • Understand how they fit into the overall organizational strategy
