Presenter / Siobhan Hammond is a Change and Communication Subject Matter Expert in Gallagher’s employee communication and experience practice in the UK. She has over 20 years’ experience of working with clients to find the right communication solutions that help businesses tackle complex issues and deliver results. Siobhan’s experience covers a wide range of business sectors from FMCG to aviation, Finance to NHS Trust and public housing, healthcare to transport, charities and agriculture.
Presenter / Amanda Sheps is a Principal Consultant in Gallagher’s employee communication and experience practice in Canada. With over a decade working in-house and agency side, Amanda is a strategic communicator with a passion for connecting people to the purpose, values and strategy of the organization they work for. She believes strongly that at the heart of the employee experience is their overall wellbeing and how communications can support and promote both. Working with complex organizations spanning multi-geographies means she has developed experiences for employees that transcend traditional boundaries or borders. She’s been involved in dozens of global internal communication audits, creative employee engagement campaigns and consultancy projects that help her clients advocate for their function and enhance their worth.
